He has expertise in cross-functional leadership, project management, budgeting, new shipbuilding, technical solutions, performance management, and risk analysis.

Rajesh has held positions such as Senior General Manager with Varun Global Ltd, Technical Manager with OMCI, Fleet Manager/Team Leader with Bernard Schulte Ship Management, and Chief Engineer with BW Group.

He has managed various types of vessels, including oil, chemical, product tankers, gas carriers, bulk, general cargo, FPSO, and bitumen carriers.

Rajesh is a skilled strategist and holds MEO Class One with BE from NIT Surat, with marine training from MERI, Calcutta.

He actively participates in marine management programs from reputable institutes and is a member of INSA's Technical Committee.
